2nd Stage a Success - Sunday, November 18, 2007

MCKINNEY, TX - Notah Begay III successfully navigated his way through the 2nd stage of the PGA Tour Qualifying School with a final round 71 that left him T13 overall in the field of 77 players at the TPC Craig Ranch golf course outside Dallas. With a final round of three birdies and three bogeys, Begay took the first step to becoming fully exempt on both the European PGA Tour and the US PGA Tour in 2008. "It was a long tough day with the round taking well over six hours," said Begay after the round. "There were waits of over 15 minutes on a couple of tee boxes which made keeping your patience a difficult task. The winds were not as high so the scoring was better which made staying focused throughout the round even harder because one small mistake could jeopardize the outcome." Fellow PGA Tour players Chris Tidland, Duffy Waldorf and Kris Cox move on with Begay to the Final Stage of the Q-School to take place November 28th - December 3rd at Orange County National golf facility in Winter Garden, Florida. " I will now make my plans to head to the Final stage where a 6 round event awaits." As some of you may know, I have a golf course design consulting firm called NB3 Consulting.  I started NB3 Consulting in 2002 because I wanted to work with Native American tribes on golf course development projects.  My goal, as always, is to bring the best team possible to the table and to keep the interests of the community first.  We just launched the NB3 Consulting website,
www.nb3consulting.com and I encourage you to spend some time on it if you have the chance. NB3
